By downloading, installing, or playing Juggernaut Corps, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the game. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of the game constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and play Juggernaut Corps for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to sublicense, sell, resell, transfer, assign, or otherwise commercially exploit the game.
Juggernaut Corps is built on the principle of skill over pay-to-win. You agree not to use cheats, exploits, automation software, bots, hacks, mods, or any unauthorized third-party software that interacts with the game. Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the game is strictly prohibited. Violations may result in permanent account termination.
Juggernaut Corps is free to play. Any optional in-app purchases are for cosmetic items only and do not affect gameplay balance or provide competitive advantages. All purchases are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or remove virtual items at any time.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account. We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that have been inactive for an extended period.
All content within Juggernaut Corps, including but not limited to graphics, characters, music, code, and gameplay mechanics, is owned by or licensed to us and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any game content without our express written permission.
Juggernaut Corps is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the game will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the game is at your sole risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of Juggernaut Corps. Our total liability to you shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months prior to the claim.
